Cancellation, Late Arrival Guidelines

I understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes unexpected schedule conflicts arise. If you need to alter or cancel your appointment, I respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This window gives me a fair opportunity to offer the open time slot to clients who may be waiting on the waiting or reservation list.

• Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours' Notice: No fees will be incurred, and any prepayments will be applied to your future session.

• Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours' Notice): Appointments modified or cancelled within the 24-hour window will be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any advanced notice or communication, you will be responsible for a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee. Future bookings may be paused until this balance is settled. If balance is not settled within 30 days of occurrence, future bookings will be canceled and no other appointment requests will be made available.

• Pre-paid Sessions and Gift Certificate holders: will lose value equal to 50% of their prepaid/gift certificate session rate, or 100% for No Call/No Show. 

• Appointment requests: may no longer be made available to any No-shows, repetitive late arrivals, cancellations or for anyone not willing to settle any no-show or late cancellation fee.

• Late Arrival: The length of your session may be adjusted or canceled if your arrival time is 15 minutes or later past your scheduled appointment. Full payment for originally scheduled service will be required.
